About the Position As Chief of Tactical Systems, you will lead and develop operations responsible for the tactical systems materiel area, which includes electronic warfare, communications, decision support, and data links. You have an important role in ensuring that the operation has the right expertise and conditions to deliver materiel and functions to technical equipment throughout all lifecycle stages. You are responsible for operations, personnel, and finances, and actively work to develop both the operation and your staff members. The role also includes ensuring competency supply within the operational area, contributing to management team efforts, and collaborating with the Swedish Armed Forces, industry, and other partners. You have current and relevant experience from a management role, for example as a project manager, and express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
