As a section manager in an operational and business-close role, you will have a key position in creating a more efficient, stable, and future-oriented operation where lean, daily management, and continuous improvements are a natural part of everyday work. About the Role You lead daily operations within Finishing and Dispatch with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. You work closely with Team Leaders in Finishing and Dispatch. The role is operational and close to production – you are where the action happens, driving the work forward together with the group and creating engagement around goals, KPIs, and improvement work. Within Finishing, dispatch is also an important part of the operation. You collaborate with other parts of the business to actively develop processes, eliminate disruptions, and find smarter and more efficient ways of working. There are great opportunities here to influence and contribute to the next step in the section's development. You are part of the PU management group where you collectively take shared responsibility for the site's development, collaboration, and results. Examples of Tasks Lead and follow up on daily production together with the group Actively work with lean, 5S, pulse meetings, and continuous improvements Monitor and analyze KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency Drive efficiency improvements in processes, working methods, and production flows Coordinate and plan daily operations together with other departments Provide operational support to production during disruptions and quality issues Participate in and drive improvement and investment projects Work closely with Maintenance and the Six Sigma team to improve operational reliability and process performance Ensure that routines and standards are followed within quality, environment, and safety Manage personnel matters such as staffing, development conversations, and competence development Contribute to an engaging and inclusive work environment with clear communication and collaboration Who Are You? We believe you have experience from production in process industry and thrive in a role where you combine leadership with operational presence. You don't need to have held a large management position before, but you have a drive to develop operations, create structure, and bring people along in change.
