Multiply is on an exciting development journey, and we are now seeking a business-driven segment manager for one of our sales segments, Print & Production. Are you ready to take responsibility for the business, lead change, and create long-term growth?
About the role
As segment manager, you are responsible for the segment's business, offerings, results, and organization. You combine strategic and operational leadership and work closely with customers, employees, sales, project management, and production. Your mission is to develop the segment's competitiveness, create profitable growth, and translate Multiply's overall goals into concrete activities.
Your responsibilities
· Develop the segment's strategy, business plan, and market position
· Manage budget, results, growth, and follow-up
· Lead and develop employees and teams
· Ensure the offering is competitive and adapted to customer needs
· Drive business development and identify new opportunities
· Create collaboration between segments, sales, project management, and production
· Drive change and improvement initiatives and contribute to Multiply's long-term development
We are looking for you who
· Have documented experience in leadership and business development
· Have good understanding of graphic production, print, or related industries
· Are business-driven, analytical, and results-oriented
· Have experience with budget and profit responsibility
· Are a clear and confident leader who creates engagement and collaboration
· Thrive in a changing and entrepreneurial environment
