Want to make a difference? We're currently seeking temporary staff for our supported housing facility in Lund! Do you have a genuine interest in people and want a meaningful part-time job where you really make a difference? Then you're warmly welcome to apply as temporary staff at Piletorp emergency accommodation in Lund. We're looking for you to work extra during fall/winter and over the Christmas holidays. You should have experience in social work and want to contribute to creating security and support for people in difficult situations. About the Operation Piletorp is an emergency accommodation for adults with psychosocial problems, substance abuse, and/or mental health issues. There are 22 places for men and 4 for women. Our mission is to offer security and individual support in daily life – and in contact with healthcare, authorities, and other social actors. We work socio-pedagogically with a focus on respect, participation, and people's own resources. About Skyddsvärnet – anno 1910 Skyddsvärnet – anno 1910 is a non-profit organization founded in 1910. We prevent social exclusion and create better conditions for people in society. We belong to the non-profit sector and are politically and religiously independent. Skyddsvärnet has operated Piletorp since January 2, 2026. Your Role as Temporary Staff As temporary staff, you step in when needed – for example during sick leave, vacation, or busy periods. You become an important part of the team and help create security and structure for our residents. Work tasks may include: • Accommodation support conversations and practical assistance • Contact with social services and other actors • Cooking and simple household chores • Cleaning and administrative tasks • Quality work based on the operation's goals and values Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for you who have experience and/or education in: • Socio-pedagogy • Treatment work • Psychiatry or substance abuse care You have good social skills, are secure in yourself, and treat people with respect. You need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, and have good computer skills. Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
