We are now looking for a Scrum Master for an exciting assignment within the defense industry – where you get to work with advanced software development and be part of tomorrow's solutions in the aviation industry. About the Position As a Scrum Master, you will become part of an experienced software team that develops simulators for current and future fighter aircraft. In addition to day-to-day work developing and conducting tests, you are responsible for coaching the team in agile methodology and leading activities such as daily scrums, sprint planning, quarterly planning, reviews, and retrospectives. The role involves creating good conditions for the team to deliver high-quality results, while working closely with developers, systems engineers, and project managers. You will also participate in technical discussions and contribute to driving the project forward. This is a role for someone who thrives in a technical environment and wants to combine your development experience with greater responsibility for planning and team leadership. Core Requirements: 2–3 years of software development experience Engineering degree in computer science, engineering physics, electrical engineering, or similar Experience with C, C++, Ada, and Python Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Swedish citizenship (the position is security classified) The assignment is placed in a security classification. Prior to employment, you will therefore undergo a security clearance, which here requires Swedish citizenship.
