About the Job As a Scrum Master for central monitoring, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and following up on the team's daily work. The team is responsible for several central platforms for monitoring and understanding how applications and IT environments are performing. We work on continuously identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing technical vulnerabilities in the IT environment and managing the Swedish Tax Agency's central case management system. In your role as Scrum Master, you lead a team where each person has expert knowledge in their technical field. You lead and prioritize work through agile leadership, follow up on cases and incidents, and drive improvement initiatives and collaborations with other teams. You help the team apply an agile working method, establish team rules, estimate the team's work, and report on the team's progress. You lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. As a Scrum Master, you handle communication and coordination with other development teams and support planning and implementation of joint development planning. Read more at Work in IT with us. You will become part of the Swedish Tax Agency's Technical Services (STT) in Sundbyberg or Gothenburg. We are responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for several public agencies. About You To do a good job and thrive with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be attentive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. You should also have: relevant post-secondary education in IT, or alternatively several years of relevant work experience in the IT field several years of current and relevant work experience leading or coaching teams several years of current and relevant work experience working agile. It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience with observability platforms, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. It is also desirable that you have relevant and current experience working in a complex IT environment within a large organization. Good to Know The employment is permanent and may begin with a probationary period of six months. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security clearance with a record check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before the employment decision.
