About the role
As a Scrum Master with us, you'll play a central role in creating good conditions for our teams to succeed. You'll coach, guide, and support approximately 20 developers in agile working methods and help develop solutions that create real value for our users in the agricultural sector.
Our teams develop and manage several proprietary systems that are important for Swedish agriculture. Some solutions already use modern tools and techniques, while others are in an exciting phase of change where we're modernizing older systems and ways of working. Here you'll get to influence working methods, collaboration, and development moving forward.
What you'll do with us
Coach and support teams in agile working methods with a focus on learning, improvement, and delivery.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and follow-ups.
Help teams remove obstacles and create conditions for focus, progress, and quality.
Contribute to close and constructive collaboration between teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
Drive the development of working methods, team dynamics, and continuous improvements.
Inspire teams to create customer value and take responsibility for shared goals.
Who are you?

As a person, you're responsible, curious, and solution-oriented. You don't need to know everything about agriculture from the start, but we believe you're interested in understanding our business and how digital solutions can make a difference for Swedish farmers.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Relevant education in, for example, systems science, IT, or equivalent experience from working life.
Several years of experience working in an agile development environment, for example as a Scrum Master, agile team leader, developer, product owner, or similar.
Good understanding of how development teams function and what's required to create effective collaboration.
Ability to handle obstacles, changes, and incidents in a structured and solution-focused manner.
Interest in team development, facilitation, and continuous improvements.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It's a plus if you have practical experience with Scrum, SAFe, or other agile frameworks, but what matters most to us is that you have the right drive, collaboration skills, and willingness to develop together with us.

Scope and location: This is a permanent full-time position based in Eskilstuna or Uppsala.
