About the Role Would you like to work in a role where you make a real difference every day? With us, you'll be an important part of security work for one of our larger international customers in Falun. As a Screening Officer, you combine security, service, and communication in a role where you meet people daily and contribute to a safe and secure operation together with your engaged colleagues. As a Screening Officer, you will mainly work on-site at the customer and ensure that no unauthorized items are brought in or out, and that no unauthorized persons gain access to the premises. This role involves security guard duties with the title Screening Officer. We are an operation that runs every day of the year. Shift lengths vary, but we typically work 12-hour shifts day or night. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring and controlling access to the customer's security area to ensure that only authorized persons and items pass through. Performing security checks of visitors, contractors, and staff using metal detectors and other security tools. Do you thrive in an international environment? Communication, instructions, and reporting often take place in English, which means you need to feel comfortable using English in both spoken and written form. You don't need to be a trained security guard beforehand. The basic training comprises 9 working days and is conducted in various locations across Sweden before employment begins. As a new employee, you'll also get an introduction period where you learn the work, our systems, and your colleagues. After completing security guard training, you'll also receive internal training to become a Screening Officer.
