To our Aftermarket business area in Umeå, we are seeking a Service Technician. Is this you? Your new job involves service and repair of elevators, doors, and escalators primarily in the operating area and surrounding region. The work involves a significant amount of customer contact. We are looking for someone who is solidly technically interested and knowledgeable and who understands that our customers are our most important asset. You are communicative and skilled at prioritizing and planning your work. You have a good ability and experience working independently, where you take your own initiative and independently create structure among multiple tasks. You also have the ability to quickly change direction when tasks require it, but without losing focus on the end result. You enjoy customer contact and are a social and sales-oriented person who thrives when things are busy. Qualifications o Education from a high school program with technical focus, preferably electrical and/or construction technical, or equivalent o Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written o Driver's license for passenger cars o Several years of experience with elevators, electromechanics, or similar o Experience meeting customers and basic computer skills with PC and handheld devices are a plus.
