Job Responsibilities As a systems developer with us, you are a key person in the development of Trafikverket's system support for major road and rail projects. Qualifications Who Are You? As a person, you have a strong ability to collaborate with others and are self-driven to take your own initiatives and work forward. You have good problem-solving skills, are curious, and take on things that may be unfamiliar to you in order to develop both your own and your team's ways of working. You have strong communication skills, which means you are receptive and can convey your message in a straightforward way. We are looking for someone who has a degree in IT from a college or university (at least 180 credits) or other education and experience that we deem equivalent many years of experience in systems development and modern web platforms experience in a leading role in a team or technical initiative a good understanding of the entire development chain - from requirements to operation - and a genuine interest in owning that chain good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have at least one year of experience with Linux, WSL, or other Unix-based development environments experience with test automation and CI/CD at a high level experience with container technology and Kubernetes experience developing with AI agents, as well as interest in how this changes the developer role interest in observability and how to build systems you actually understand in operation architecture interest - preferably experience with distributed systems or cloud-based architecture Other Information The position is based in Borlänge. Web-based tests are used as part of the selection process in this recruitment. Interviews are planned to be conducted via Skype in weeks 40-41.
