WORK TASKS As a seasonal worker, you will work with external maintenance of the municipality's properties, facilities, and green spaces. Work tasks include, among other things: Snow removal with machine and equipment carrier. Manual snow shoveling of pathways, entrances, and other areas. Ice management. Clearance work with brush cutters and chainsaws according to competence and authorization. Maintenance of municipal properties' outdoor environments. Simple maintenance and care work. Supervision of municipal facilities and equipment. Other work tasks that occur within Streets and Parks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You have a positive attitude, good service sense, and enjoy practical work. You contribute to good collaboration and take responsibility for work tasks being completed in a safe and efficient manner. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: Is at least 18 years old. Holds a B driving license. Enjoyed working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Is responsible, flexible, and has good collaboration skills. Can work independently and take personal responsibility for assigned work tasks. Mastered Swedish in speech and writing. It is meritorious if you have: Experience with snow removal or winter road maintenance. Experience with brush cutting work. Chainsaw operating certification. Experience with machine operation, such as tractor, equipment carrier, or wheel loader. Experience with park, property, or facility work. BE driving license or higher driving license authorization. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: start date: 2026-10-01, end date: 2027-03-31. Working hours: Daytime. If you become relevant for employment, the employer will request an extract from the criminal record register. The Municipal Council has made a decision that all new employees must present a criminal record extract before employment. The extract that must be presented is the extract for work in school or preschool.
