About the Position As a seasonal worker in garden and property maintenance, you'll be an important part of our team and help with the daily care of our customers' outdoor environments. The work is physical, varied, and takes place mostly outdoors. Your duties will include: Maintenance of green areas Lawn mowing and grass trimming Hedge trimming Weed removal Watering Other general garden work You'll usually work in a group but sometimes independently, which means you need to take responsibility and have good drive. You preferably have experience with garden work and are familiar with using garden machinery. As a person, you are reliable, positive, and enjoy contributing to a good atmosphere in the team. You are thorough, service-oriented, and take responsibility for ensuring the work is performed safely and with high quality. It's also an advantage if you're handy and can handle simple repairs if needed. Good physical fitness is helpful since the work is physical and takes place outdoors. We're convinced that a mix of people with different backgrounds creates a dynamic and creative work environment – our differences are our strength. Requirements At least 18 years old Class B driver's license (manual transmission) Good knowledge of Swedish Previous experience and training in garden maintenance is a plus.
