Special Helicopter Group (SHG) is a special operations unit within the Swedish Armed Forces Special Operations Command (FMSF) located at Helicopter Squadron in Linköping. SHG's primary mission is to provide FMSF operational units with tactical transport capabilities and air support. Like other units within FMSF, SHG has high demands on availability of specially selected personnel and service requirements that demand operational experience and training and competency levels from employees.

Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Specialist position is part of the personnel section at Special Helicopter Group (SHG). Due to SHG's size, the Human Resources Specialist role offers significant opportunities to influence the unit's personnel service routines. Management lines are short, meaning decisions and implementation are closely connected.
Support unit commanders with management of matters throughout the entire HR process; recruitment, development, separation, and veteran management.
Design and develop processes, routines, and templates within your own function.
Support unit commanders and employees with payroll work and certain personnel administration.
Represent the unit in your function to external partners, which may involve business travel for days.
Provide unit support with HR reporting in the Swedish Armed Forces management system SAP/PRIO.
Other tasks may occur and the work places very high demands on personal initiative and problem-solving ability.
The work is largely conducted with support from the Swedish Armed Forces management system SAP/PRIO.
Qualifications
Academic education in HR or equivalent relevant competence that the employer deems suitable for the position
Very proficient user of Microsoft Office
Good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Category B driver's license

MERITORIOUS
Experience working in operational support to managers in the HR field
Relevant HR experience within the public sector
Experience working with business support systems, preferably SAP
Experience with independent work

Employment Form: Permanent with start date by agreement. The Swedish Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not already employed by the agency.
