The limited liability company "Daugavpils Housing and Communal Services Enterprise," which provides quality, safe, and sustainable management of residential housing in Daugavpils, announces a vacancy:
Lead Plumber, profession code: 7126 01, work location: Kauņas iela 7, Daugavpils.
Main job duties:
organize and coordinate the work of employees (plumbers and welders) at job sites, distribute work tasks, and monitor their completion;
place orders for materials, equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment required for work and ensure their timely availability;
monitor the quality of work performed by employees, completion deadlines, and progress of work;
inspect planned job sites, assess the scope of work to be performed, and evaluate technical solutions;
assess the technical condition of plumbing systems, pipelines, heating, and other utility networks;
organize and, if necessary, practically perform repair, installation, and maintenance of plumbing, heating, sewerage, and water supply systems;
coordinate emergency and operational repair work, ensuring the fastest possible elimination of damage;
cooperate with customers, site representatives, municipal officials, and residents on work organization and completion matters;
hand over completed work to the customer (municipal representative or residents), preparing and executing relevant documentation if necessary;
monitor the compliance of used materials and work with technical requirements and established standards;
perform other tasks related to job duties in accordance with management instructions and the company's work organization.
Required qualifications and requirements for candidates:
secondary vocational education;
at least 1 (one) year of practical work experience in the field of utility communications, including repair or maintenance of water supply, sewerage, heating, and heat supply systems;
state language proficiency level A2, confirmed by appropriate documentation;
ability to use a computer for work tasks, material orders, and preparation and record-keeping of work-related documentation;
ability to organize and manage small teams;
good skills in work planning and priority setting;
ability to make independent decisions and promptly resolve problem situations;
responsible and careful approach to work quality;
good communication and cooperation skills.
