No. 50003342481) invites you to join the team Infrastructure Maintenance Department Economic Support and Maintenance Division Tvaika Street 2, Riga PLUMBER (profession code: 7126 01) (permanent position, full-time) Your main responsibilities: Perform maintenance, upkeep, supervision, installation, and repair of building water supply, sewage, equipment, and internal heating networks. Perform maintenance and repair of internal pipeline networks (water, sewage, heating). Perform repair and replacement of damaged plumbing equipment in NPVC structural units. Perform monthly water consumption accounting and regularly fill in the on-call log. Upon completion of work, ensure the safety of the premises. Immediately notify your direct supervisor of emergency situations and work-related problems. We are looking for a colleague who has: Basic or vocational education. Work experience as a plumber or mechanic. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems. Knowledge of plumbing system installation, replacement, and repair. Ability to complete assigned work within specified deadlines. Teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We offer: Stable and regular salary of 900.00 EUR (gross). Social guarantees and other allowances in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement. Standard working hours - 40 hours per week.
