NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH CENTER Registration No. 50003342481 invites you to join our team in the Inpatient Services Department (Men's Ward) Tvaika Street 2, Riga SANITARIAN / NURSE AIDE (for indefinite/fixed term, full-time position) Your main responsibilities: Monitor patients' basic needs and ensure a safe environment. Provide systematic care to patients. Prepare and transport analysis samples to the laboratory. Accompany patients to additional examinations and consultations, as well as rehabilitation sessions and necessary diagnostic procedures. Participate in supervised walks outside the ward. Strictly adhere to and implement the requirements of the NMHC Hygiene and Anti-epidemic Plan. We are looking for a colleague who has: For Sanitarian - basic education. For Nurse Aide - appropriate medical education and registration in the Register of Healthcare Professionals. Previous work experience in a similar position is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We offer: Stable and regular salary from EUR 897.00 to 1,032.00 (gross) for full-time work. Allowance for occupational hazard factors 12%. Working hours - 40 hours per week (shift work). Health insurance after the probation period. Accidental injury insurance starting from the first working day. Additional vacation of 5 working days. Social guarantees and other allowances in accordance with the Labor Collective Agreement.
