WORK TASKS
Do you have the ability to shift from "relaxation mode" to "full speed" in seconds? Do you love a mix of crafts, tag games, and meaningful conversations with tomorrow's stars? Then you're the person we're looking for!
We're seeking a flexible, confident, and cheerful substitute who can step in for us when our regular staff need to be away.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
• Respond on short notice: You're our reliable point when schedules get hectic. You step into the role of recreational pedagogue as if you've always done it.
• Be a world-class team player: You collaborate seamlessly with teachers during the school day, join in at breaks (yes, even when it's raining sideways) and are a teammate the rest of the staff can rely on.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you?
Since you'll become an important adult for our students, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You need a big heart, the patience of steel, and a touch of humor.
This is an absolute must:
• You speak Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing.
It would be a gold star if you:
• Have a pedagogical education (upper secondary or university level).
• Are currently studying to become a teacher, social worker, or something else wonderful with a pedagogical/social focus.
• Have done similar great work before and have experience working in schools/recreation.
• Have experience working with students with neurodevelopmental conditions—we value your understanding, your calm, and your ability to see each individual's needs.
