Do you want to be part of our journey? 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to be part of the Ängelholm Model? We are looking for a collaboration developer who wants to be an important link between Ängelholm Municipality, Adult Education, the Employment Unit, and the local business community. A large part of the work involves building and developing the municipality's network with companies and organizations in Ängelholm. You make contacts, book meetings, conduct company visits, and create long-term relationships that lead to joint efforts. Through dialogue with the business community, you identify what competencies and needs exist and communicate this further into the operations. You are also responsible for coordinating and administering our contracted companies and organizations. This includes keeping information and documentation current in our digital systems, following up on collaborations, and ensuring that relevant information reaches the right people in the organization. You will also be an important internal link. You communicate information and opportunities from the business community to staff and help translate new ideas and working methods into practice. You plan and conduct workshops, information meetings, and other activities for staff. The assignment is a collaboration between School and Working Life, where the Employment Unit is an integrated part. You work closely with the business community to understand future competency needs and, together with the organization, you develop new and relevant adult education programs. You also have a central role in planning, developing, and conducting job fairs and are the main responsible person for these events. You coordinate companies, organizations, and participants and ensure that job fairs become a meeting place where employers and future employees can find each other. As a collaboration developer, you work both operationally and development-oriented. You drive processes forward, coordinate various actors, and follow up on activities and collaborations. You will have many points of contact with business owners, organizations, colleagues, management, education providers, and other collaboration partners. Therefore, you need to be able to switch between being relationship-oriented and outward-facing and being structured and administrative. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with higher education in behavioral science, social work, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience in development work, project management, or business development. Furthermore, you have experience with systematic quality work and collaborating with the business community. You are accustomed to working goal-oriented and have the ability to create results through good collaboration with various actors. It is an advantage if you have experience and knowledge in labor market policy / Adult Education / or social work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, relationship-oriented, and action-oriented and who enjoys creating new contacts and developing collaborations. You find it easy to build trust and create long-term professional relationships with different target groups, such as business owners, employers, colleagues, participants, and government representatives. You are communicative and confident in meeting with different people and contexts. You enjoy networking, making contacts, and representing the organization externally, while also being able to communicate and convey information clearly and engagingly internally. You are also comfortable speaking to groups and planning and leading workshops and other activities. You are structured, quality-conscious, and have the ability to keep track of information, documentation, and follow-up. You take your own initiative, drive processes forward, and have a clear focus on creating concrete results. At the same time, you see the bigger picture, are flexible, and easily adapt when conditions and needs change. You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but you value collaboration and actively contribute to a positive work environment. You have good digital skills and easily familiarize yourself with new systems, tools, and working methods. The operations develop based on the needs of the external environment, which means that work tasks may change somewhat over time. Employment type: Permanent position.
