About the Workplace At Primary Care Center Rättvik, you will be part of a workplace where we work together to provide our patients with safe, accessible, and coordinated care. We are a primary care center with multiple professions and place great emphasis on collaboration, short communication channels, and a good work environment. We are now looking for a counselor/therapist who wants to work with mental health in primary care and help develop our counseling service. Responsibilities As a counselor/therapist, you will primarily work with assessment and treatment of adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. Responsibilities include: - Assessment interviews - Support and crisis counseling - Shorter treatment interventions - CBT-based treatment - Digital treatment You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other professionals at the primary care center. The work is primary care-oriented and characterized by a structured and solution-focused approach. You work independently with your patients while having close access to colleagues and other professions for collaboration and joint assessments. Working hours are during daytime, Monday-Friday. The primary care center's hours are 08:00-17:00. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a licensed healthcare profession and basic psychotherapy training with a CBT focus. You are confident in your professional role, have good interpersonal skills, and enjoy working both independently and with others. We value that you are flexible, solution-focused, and want to contribute to both the facility's and the counseling service's continued development. Personal suitability is given significant weight.
