Individual and Family Care consists of an IFO manager, unit managers and teams within adults, children, youth and family, subsistence support, benefits, foster care, family law, intimate partner violence, integration and community psychiatry.

WORK TASKS
Job Description
We are now looking for a committed and competent employee to work with conversational therapy in the field of intimate partner violence and to have overall responsibility for the municipality's work with IPV. The position also includes preventive and outreach work, both for victims of violence, perpetrators of violence and other socially disadvantaged groups in the municipality. The assignment also includes being part of the municipality's crisis support team.
In the role you will:
Work with conversational therapy and support measures for people exposed to intimate partner violence and, if necessary, also for perpetrators of violence
Have coordinating and overall responsibility for the municipality's work with IPV
Develop, coordinate and follow up procedures, guidelines, working methods and cooperation in the field
Work preventively and proactively, both internally and externally
Conduct outreach activities towards socially disadvantaged groups in the municipality
Cooperate with other activities within the municipality as well as with external actors such as region, police, civil society and other authorities
Contribute to skills development initiatives, information and training in the field of intimate partner violence
· Be part of the municipality's crisis support team and in serious incidents provide psychosocial support to those affected and their relatives and contribute to ensuring continued contact with relevant support measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have
· A degree in social work, social care or equivalent academic education that the employer considers equivalent.
· Documented experience of working with conversational therapy in intimate partner violence.
· A good ability to put yourself in other people's situation and can meet each individual person where they are.
· You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish orally and in writing.
Meritorious
· Further education in conversation methods such as CBT, trauma-informed approach or similar
· Experience of coordination or development work previously
· Experience of outreach and preventive social work
· Experience working in cooperation with multiple actors
· Worked in the documentation systems Lifecare
