Your Role We are seeking an engaged and confident conversation therapist who wants to become an important part of our psychosocial team at the health center. With us, you will work with mental health issues in primary care – close to the patient, close to other professionals, and with a focus on early interventions, evidence-based treatment, and functioning care processes. Your work will include: Assessment of patients with, for example, depression, anxiety, stress-related health issues, crisis reactions, and sleep problems. CBT-based psychological treatment Psychoeducation and work with behavior change, recovery, and self-care. Assessment of patient needs and determination of the appropriate level of care. Collaboration with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals at the health center. Active use and development of digital treatment methods and internet-based CBT where appropriate. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident in your profession and who enjoys making a difference in clinical encounters. You have a genuine interest in primary care and see the value of working together with other professionals. You are at the same time independent and can take responsibility for your own patients and treatment processes. You have a person-centered approach, are curious about new ways of working, can adapt treatment to the patient's circumstances, are willing to prioritize and set boundaries for treatment interventions, and see development and improvement work as a natural part of everyday work. Qualifications Basic psychotherapy training in CBT Meritorious Experience working in primary care. Experience with structured assessment and follow-up of treatment outcomes.
