Din Doktor in Märsta is a privately-owned healthcare center with 26 employees in total who care for 10,350 patients. Job Description
We're looking for a licensed healthcare and social work counselor, licensed psychotherapist, or licensed psychologist, on a full-time or part-time basis, for our healthcare center in Märsta/Arlandastad. As a counselor/psychologist/psychotherapist with us, you will work with assessment, counseling, and treatment of patients of all ages within primary care – for example, crises, mild to moderate mental health issues, stress, and life situation-related concerns. The work is varied and includes both brief supportive conversations and more structured conversation therapy. You'll work closely with physicians and other professionals at the clinic and are an important part of developing our conversation therapy services, especially in connection with our upcoming expansion.

Qualifications
You are a licensed healthcare and social work counselor, licensed psychotherapist, or licensed psychologist with an interest in primary care's broad and varied patient work, and you want to work with us to provide good quality care. You find it easy to create trusting encounters with both patients and colleagues and can communicate clearly. We place great importance on your personal qualities and expect you to be someone who contributes with commitment and work satisfaction. As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, solution-focused, and responsible.
We require good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
