In this role, you will have a central function in daily operations where you work closely with both operational functions and management. You will be an important part of creating structure, efficiency, and good communication in the operation.
About the Position
As a coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves both operational and administrative work where you plan, follow up on, and support the operation in day-to-day work.
You work in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and where the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and create clarity is crucial.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily operations
Support and guide staff in operational work
Ensure efficient working methods and good structure
Follow up on routines, deviations, and quality work
Maintain ongoing contact with internal and external partners
Contribute to development and improvement of the operation
Ensure that work is conducted according to applicable guidelines and safety requirements
We Are Looking for You If You
Have experience from the transport, logistics, or waste/environment industry
Are accustomed to working in a structured manner and making decisions in everyday situations
Have good computer skills and can handle administrative tasks
Communicate fluently in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English
It Is Meritorious If You Have:
Class C driver's license and YKB
Post-secondary education in logistics, leadership, or similar field
Experience from operations-intensive activities
