We are seeking an executive assistant who wants to take a central and strategic role in supporting the regional development director and the department's management. The assignment combines qualified coordination, case handling, and development of administrative processes. We are now seeking a coordinator for a role as executive assistant to the regional development director. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date of November 2026. As an executive assistant, you work close to the regional development director, management group, and the department's support functions. You are responsible for coordinating and developing administrative processes and contributing to ensuring that management's work functions effectively and with high quality. Supervisory tasks may become relevant. Responsibilities Coordinate the regional development director's and management group's planning processes and meetings Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the management group's work, including meeting documentation Support work with case preparation and quality assurance of materials for the regional development committee Contribute to the development and improvement of the department's administrative processes, particularly in planning, follow-up, and coordination Provide administrative support in work with labor union collaboration in close cooperation with HR Represent the department in internal and external networks, working groups, and collaboration forums The role is characterized by many contact points and requires the ability to switch between operational tasks and more strategic issues.
