Do you want to be the hub of an operation where quality, care, and excellent service are the focus? We are now looking for an engaged and organized coordinator who wants to help create security for our customers and a well-functioning workflow for our staff. About the Position As a coordinator in home care, you hold a central role in the operation. You are responsible for daily planning using a digital planning tool, staffing, and serve as a contact person for customers, relatives, and staff. You also maintain contacts with health centers and benefits administrators. You ensure that services are delivered according to plan and that the operation maintains high quality. The position is located Monday–Friday during daytime hours. One day per week you work approximately 3 hours in the field visiting customers to maintain operational insight and customer contact. The remaining work time is office-based. Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate daily operations. • Create, adjust, and follow up on staff schedules. • Manage staffing for short- and long-term absences and other leave matters. • Serve as the contact person for customers and relatives. • Conduct home visits for new customers and follow-ups as needed. • Participate in developing and following up on care plans. • Oversee orientation and training of new employees. • Handle ongoing administration, documentation, and incoming calls according to current guidelines. • Collaborate with the operations manager, staff, and external partners. • Provide care services to customers one day per week. We are Looking for You • Have experience working in home care, elderly care, or similar operations. • Have strong organizational skills and enjoy planning, coordinating, and solving problems. • Are service-oriented and have a professional approach. • Can easily build trusting relationships with customers, relatives, and staff. • Are responsible, flexible, and stress-resilient. • Have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish. • Are comfortable with computers. • Thrive in an operation where the pace can be demanding and where you can quickly reprioritize and find solutions. Meritorious Qualifications • Experience in coordination, team leadership, or schedule planning. • Experience in staffing for healthcare and care services. • Experience with management systems in home care or elderly care.
