Do you want to have a central role in ensuring that children, young people and families receive the right support and contribute to a cohesive open care service? We are now seeking an engaged coordinator for Open Care for Children and Youth. We look forward to your application! DUTIES As a coordinator within Open Care, you lead and distribute work with the goal of providing the right support to the right client/family. You collaborate with authorities regarding case flow through weekly check-ins and assist case managers with input on open care interventions. You work closely with coordinators in Adult Open Care to ensure that our residents receive the best possible treatment support. Furthermore, you coordinate the intake of IUB with the goal that Tranås residents receive advice and support regarding social matters in the area of children and family. You have recurring check-ins with treatment providers where you follow up on the treatment process and guide the providers in their work. You have weekly check-ins with our intensive family treatment team. Together with the coordinator in Adult Open Care and the unit manager, you work toward a unified Open Care in Tranås. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you with a degree in Social Work or equivalent higher education, as well as experience with treatment work with children and youth. Step 1 training is a merit, as is experience in guidance within intensive treatment work. You have good digital skills. A driver's license is a requirement for the position. THE WORKPLACE Open Care currently consists of a unit manager, one coordinator and 9 family treatment providers, and the unit has a shared mandate to provide advice, support and treatment to children and young people ages 0–20 and their families.
