Ref: 20261770 Job Responsibilities As a coordinator on the Home Team, your main task is to ensure work with treatment, task descriptions, and follow-up of services. You will support and guide treatment staff and ensure that the work group operates uniformly and in line with the organization's goals. As a coordinator, you will work with receiving and distributing cases to family therapists, guiding and sometimes operationally supporting family therapists in their work, as well as having a significant role and function regarding external and internal collaboration with other professionals. Your responsibilities include: Coordinating work methods and support in daily operations Ensuring good quality, queue planning, and daily case support Making qualified assessments and participating in decisions in consultation with the section manager. Participating in organization-wide meetings. The Home Team work group is part of social services and is based on CBT, MST, FFT, and a systemic family perspective. The target group is young people and their parents aged 10-18 who have been granted an open care contact. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other higher education that the employer deems equivalent. At least two years of experience in treatment work with the target group of young people and their parents. Experience with authority work as a social worker for the target group. Experience collaborating with schools, social services, leisure activities, police, and other authorities. Experience with coordination tasks within activities related to social work and the target group. Strong knowledge of current legislation (e.g., SoL, LVU, OSL legislation). You speak and write very good Swedish. Merits: Language skills in languages other than Swedish and English Experience working within residential care facilities or institutions with young people as the target group Training in Connects parent education and experience facilitating parent groups.
