As a coordinator with us, you'll have a central role with great opportunity to influence daily operations. You'll work closely with colleagues and activities in an organization with short decision-making paths and active collaboration across operational boundaries.
Your Role
As a coordinator in home care, you'll make daily operations work for both service users and staff. You ensure that the right service is provided to the right person at the right time, every day. You're responsible for:
Planning and coordinating daily work
Ensuring staffing, scheduling, and managing changes in daily operations
Maintaining ongoing contact and collaboration with case managers, customers, and family members
Handling orders and documentation in the management system (Treserva)
Work in home care is dynamic and conditions can change quickly. Therefore, you need to be able to reprioritize, make decisions, and find solutions on the spot. You work closely with the operations manager and are an important part of contributing to structure and quality in the operations.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and confident in a coordinating role. You have experience planning and prioritizing in a daily life that is sometimes complex and changeable, preferably within home care or similar operations. You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly and professionally. With your commitment, you contribute to a good work environment and a collaborative approach that strengthens quality and trust in the operations.
Qualifications
Certified nursing assistant with protected title
Experience working as a coordinator in home care or municipal care and welfare
Good computer skills and experience with planning and scheduling systems
Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Experience working in Treserva
