Would you like to contribute to coordinating study information and educational initiatives within higher education admissions? The Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) is a government agency with a broad mission in the education sector. We are now seeking a coordinator for admissions operations responsible for coordinating educational initiatives, developing study information, and contributing to professional and user-friendly content for our various target audiences. What you will do/be responsible for coordinate admissions' educational initiatives for different target groups with focus on the agency's mission regarding study information plan, implement, and follow up on training courses, webinars, and information initiatives develop and quality assure information directed at professional users, such as study and career counselors and higher education institutions work operationally with web publishing, content editing, and structural development collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and relevant information contribute to the development of digital educational forms and learning resources participate in operational development within the study information mission and related areas. Other tasks may occur based on operational needs. You who are applying have Higher education in study and career guidance, information science, media and communication science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent Current experience in planning and implementing training or competence development initiatives for different target groups At least 3 years of current work experience in higher education, preferably within the university/higher education sector Current experience in giving presentations, training courses, or webinars, both internally and externally Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have: Experience in pedagogical development or ICT pedagogy Experience in web publishing, content editing, and text processing Experience working with web tools, CMS, or learning management platforms Knowledge of plain language and target group-adapted communication To function well in the role, you need to Be organized and have good ability to plan and prioritize your work Have a pedagogical approach and be able to adapt information according to target group and context Be communicative and find it easy to create good collaborations, both internally and externally Be initiative-taking and drive the work forward in an independent manner Be quality-conscious and thorough in both content and implementation Be flexible and able to handle several parallel tasks We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
