We are now seeking a School and Work Life Coordinator for the Business Development unit within the Quality & Development department of the Preschool and Primary School Administration. The unit supports, coordinates, and drives the development of working methods, governance, and quality within preschools and primary schools. Job Duties As a coordinator, you will work with: Creating relationships and networks with companies and organizations for collaboration on internships and other work-oriented initiatives in both the short and long term Matching students with workplaces Supporting workplaces in receiving intern students and supporting schools regarding internships Responsibility, administration, scheduling, and follow-up of all the administration's internship placements Planning study visits, guest lectures, and fairs Coordination for student teachers who will undertake their practical training (VFU) Coordination of career guidance networks Development of the administration's efforts to strengthen connections to working life The work spans both strategic and operational issues and is conducted in close collaboration with managers and operations. Additional duties may become relevant depending on personal qualities. You will work both independently and in collaboration with different professionals. Who We Are Looking For Structured – you need the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage complex processes. You need to be able to work methodically and ensure high quality even when multiple tasks are underway simultaneously Independent – you need to be able to take responsibility for your processes, drive the work forward, and identify how to proceed on your own Pedagogical – you need to be skilled at communicating the purpose of cooperation between school and work to different audiences Very good collaboration skills and an easy way to build relationships – you need to be able to collaborate with many different professionals and you build good relationships. Since the role involves extensive interaction with other functions, it is also important that you are collaborative in the role and have an easy time building trust and relationships.
