Description
The Finance Unit is one of eleven units within University Administration and serves as the university's central resource for the financial administration process. The Finance Unit has 28 employees working within four operational areas: Accounting and consulting services, Accounts receivable, Systems, and Procurement and purchasing.
For the Procurement and Purchasing operational area, we are now seeking an additional e-commerce coordinator with a focus on contract compliance. The operational area has nine employees with positions including procurement specialists, e-commerce coordinators (with focus on system operations), system administrators, and travel coordinators.

We are now seeking a coordinator who wants to be part of developing a modern, efficient, and sustainable operation in procurement and purchasing through contract compliance and adherence.
Responsibilities
You will have a central role in developing and coordinating our e-commerce work with a particular focus on contract compliance, adherence, operational support combined with system administration.
The role involves coordinating and developing the university's e-commerce work and providing qualified support to the organization on matters related to purchasing, ordering workflows, and contracts. The work has a clear emphasis on monitoring contracts, promoting contract compliance, and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon procedures, regulations, and contracts. The assignment also includes identifying discrepancies, analyzing causes, and contributing to corrective actions in dialogue with relevant functions and suppliers.
The role also involves conducting analyses of purchasing and ordering patterns, preparing documentation for monitoring and management, and contributing statistics and analysis in connection with procurement, implementation, and contract monitoring.
Further, the role is responsible for system administration tasks related to the Raindance financial system and the e-procurement system, such as user management, access rights, structures, support, and training initiatives.
The role entails coordinating responsibility for contract compliance and adherence, as well as close collaboration with the e-commerce coordinator. In addition, administrative support is a central and recurring part of the work tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
An academic degree.
Documented experience in financial administration work.
Documented experience in contract management.
Documented experience working with financial systems.
Documented experience working with e-commerce systems.
Ability to analyze and present data clearly.
Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.

Knowledge and experience with the Public Procurement Act (LOU),
Experience working with the Raindance financial system,
Experience working with the electronic procurement support system e-Avrop,
Experience working at a university or college.
Terms of Employment
The position is a permanent employment with a start date of October 1, 2026 or by agreement.
