To meet this, we are now strengthening our operations and seeking a Coordinator for our analysis division. About the position As a coordinator in the analysis division, you are an important hub in the division's management work. You work closely with the division manager and the division's management group, supporting them in their mission and ensuring efficient management and governance of the division and its assignments. Your role is to contribute to structure, analysis, development, and follow-up to ensure that the division and IVO achieve their goals. The work is both strategic and operational. Your main responsibilities as a coordinator include: supporting the division manager and management group in analysis, strategic planning, prioritization, and follow-up as well as business development leading and coordinating division-wide assignments, development issues, and processes supporting the implementation of decisions through coordination and follow-up preparing decision-making materials, presentations, analyses, and reports and identifying issues that need to be brought to division management contributing to clear and effective internal communication performing administrative tasks within the scope of the above The work involves close collaboration with the division's and authority's employees and managers. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: an academic degree in a relevant field multiple years of relevant and current experience working in a similar role multiple years of experience in business coordination and business development at a strategic level multiple years of experience in qualified analytical work and preparation of reports and decision-making materials multiple years of experience with the above within the framework of working at a state authority experience leading complex projects, investigations, or similar excellent ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish We consider it a merit if you also have: experience working in analytical operations with assignments in qualified analytical work, statistics, and development of data-driven analyses experience being part of a management group experience in change management experience coordinating and leading external collaboration good and current knowledge of state governance and the sectors IVO operates in knowledge of the structure of national digital infrastructure and the EHDS Regulation Personal qualities To succeed in this role, you need to have strong analytical ability and be able to easily translate complex information into clear, relevant, and useful materials. You are development-oriented and experienced in working with change assignments. A holistic perspective and systems understanding are important qualities. You work in a structured and thorough manner, with a natural ability to create order and efficiency. You take initiative, are self-driven, and move work forward in a responsible manner. You are comfortable taking significant responsibility while being responsive to leadership's direction and intentions. As a person, you are communicative and solution-focused and have a talent for building trusting relationships and collaborating with different stakeholders. You have very good capacity and willingness to work with a wide range of issues. You have good ability to represent the division and authority internally and externally. About the workplace The Analysis Division at IVO conducts extensive and exciting work to develop more risk-based and data-driven oversight and has a strategic role for the authority. The division is part of core operations where collaboration with oversight and licensing is an important part. The division currently has approximately 75 employees across four units with assignments in analysis, statistics, registers, and information services. The goal is to contribute to accurate and consistent oversight and share our knowledge. The position is located within the division's staff and you report to the division manager.
