Description We are now seeking a coordinator for Subsistence Support in connection with the national activity requirement reform. This is a new role where you will have the opportunity to be part of developing the municipality's approach to the activity requirement and create well-functioning collaboration between Subsistence Support, the Labor Market Unit, and other stakeholders. As of July 1, 2026, a new activity requirement applies within subsistence support. The reform means that municipalities must offer activities that strengthen individuals' opportunities to move closer to self-sufficiency. The activities must be adapted to each individual's circumstances and contribute to increased work capacity, strengthened motivation, and improved opportunities to establish themselves in the labor market. Work Tasks As a coordinator, you will be a key person in ensuring that participants receive the right activity, the right information, and coherent support throughout the entire process. You will work at the interface between government administration and labor market initiatives. You will be an important link between case handlers, participants, and activity providers and work to ensure that the entire process functions efficiently with the participant's needs in focus. The position includes both practical work with participants and responsibility for coordination, follow-up, and development. You will, among other things: • coordinate the process between case handlers, participants, and activity providers • ensure that participants receive clear information before their activity • be a contact person for participants regarding questions about the activities • follow up on attendance and ensure functioning reporting routines • provide practical support to participants based on their individual needs • collaborate with the Labor Market Unit, Development Center, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and other relevant stakeholders • report development needs and deviations to a supervisor or manager • participate in reporting and disclosure to the Inspectorate for Social Care. An important part of the position is also contributing to business development. You will, among other things: • follow up on how the activities work for participants • analyze results and identify areas for improvement • develop routines for attendance reporting and information transfer • together with your manager and colleagues develop work methods based on needs • provide documentation for follow-up and quality work. Qualifications We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in, for example, social work, behavioral science, labor market, education, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. To succeed in this position, you enjoy creating structure and getting people and organizations to work together. You are comfortable meeting people and have a talent for building trusting relationships. At the same time, you are organized, take initiative, are solution-focused, and have the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. You also need to be experienced with documentation and administrative tasks.
