DUTIES As a coordinating nursing assistant, you will be a key person in our operations. You will work closely with the unit manager and colleagues to ensure good quality, legal security, and participate in development work. The role involves both care work and administrative tasks, such as: • Supervise colleagues and distribute daily work in the groups • Coordinate and participate in care work in the units • Introduce new employees • Follow up on and complete procedures • Quality work and documentation • Contact with relatives and other professionals • Participate in elder care development work QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you if you: • Are a trained nursing assistant with professional experience. • Have good collaboration skills and feel confident in your professional role • Have a structured approach to work and enjoy taking responsibility • Are comfortable working digitally and documenting according to applicable guidelines • Are solution-focused and want to help develop our operations. It is advantageous if you have experience from elder care as well as coordinating tasks or supervisory functions. It is important that you have strong commitment to both care recipients and colleagues. We place emphasis on personal suitability.
