Job Description We are looking for a coordinating service technician for our regional office. You will have an important role in creating the conditions for a safe, secure, and well-functioning work environment for the organization's employees and visitors. You will be part of a work team together with three administrators and a receptionist. Approximately 350 employees work at the regional office, and the operation has many external visitors. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and external partners, and you will be an important contact person for questions concerning the practical environment at the workplace. You will work at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's regional office in Liljeholmen, with good transportation connections and proximity to both services and nature. Responsibilities As a service technician, you will have a varied and practical role where you are responsible for the daily coordination of property and facility management solutions at the regional office. You oversee the facilities and follow up on matters such as maintenance and renovations, and you coordinate contact with craftspeople, property owners, and external suppliers. You receive fault reports, perform basic troubleshooting, and order materials and goods needed for the operation. The role also includes conducting security checks, working on systematic fire safety measures, and helping ensure that the facilities are functional, safe, and well-maintained. The work also involves close collaboration with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's training center. Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in a practical and operational role where you can take responsibility, work independently, and contribute to smooth daily operations.
