About Us
As a community planner in Arvidsjaur, you will be part of a dedicated and competent team that works with, among other things, comprehensive planning, detailed planning, GIS, land and development matters.
Job Duties
Your duties include contract writing, monitoring of the municipality's lease and user rights agreements, representing the municipality as a property owner, and preparing agreements for the acquisition, sale, and lease of land. You will participate in comprehensive and detailed planning and handle various types of land matters. Work with detailed planning, GIS, and other tasks assigned to the unit also occurs.
What We're Looking For
You have higher education in urban planning, physical planning, cultural geography, urban development, or another qualification that the employer considers equivalent.
We would prefer that you:
Have experience with strategic urban planning or physical planning
Have knowledge of the Planning and Building Act (PBL)
Have strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
Are experienced in driving processes and coordinating different interests
Work independently while also being good at collaboration
Great weight will be placed on your personal suitability. As a person, you need to be organized and analytical. You have the ability to see the big picture and create engagement around development issues.
A class B driver's license is required.
