About the Store As customer numbers continue to grow at ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Clemenstorget in Lund, we need to strengthen our team. Here you'll find local fresh produce, fine delicacies, and affordable everyday groceries. The store has approximately 115 employees and up to 60,000 customer visits per week—one of the ICA stores with the highest customer traffic in the country! We're looking for a Cheese Sales Manager! About the Position Your daily responsibilities include assortment management, profitability, campaign planning, ordering, and daily operations. You ensure that the store's sales displays and campaigns are well-stocked and that the store is always neat and attractive for customers. You're responsible for daily operations. You'll continuously work on developing the department together with your team to create attractive and sales-driven retail spaces. To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You work well both independently and as part of a team. We work with team picking. You're flexible in your thinking and have a strong understanding of the store's goals and development. Being solution-oriented with a big-picture perspective is essential. Good, clear communication with both colleagues and management is a given. You're confident and a good communicator. You have documented previous experience from ICA or another grocery retailer. You handle AOB and Min Butik or similar systems. You see your near future in retail. You're thorough and reliable. You're in good physical condition and driven by sales and customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who: Has experience in grocery retail, preferably with responsibility for fresh produce Is business-minded, results-oriented, and structured Has a strong interest in cheese, delicacies, and food Is a natural leader who motivates and develops others around you You're driven, engaged, and proactive, coming up with new ideas Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has good teamwork skills Has an eye for detail and a feel for product display Employment The position is full-time, alternating weekends, early mornings, and evenings. Team picking and cross-department knowledge with meat and cold cuts. Shifts in the delicatessen may occur. Experience with HACCP self-inspection and willingness to serve as backup to the Food Safety Manager when needed. Store hours are 6 AM–11 PM daily. Provisional employment.
