We are an established company now building our own in-house sales department for occupational health and training services. We are looking for a sales manager who wants to be part of shaping the department from the ground up – setting the structures, building team culture, and delivering results.
This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain. This is the role for someone who wants to build.
About the Role
As sales manager, you have overall responsibility for the department's sales and development. You lead and coach the sales team in daily work, are responsible for the team's shared budget as well as your own sales, and drive campaigns from idea to implementation. You set structures, follow up on key metrics, and work closely with management to shape how the department grows. Here you have real authority to influence – both results and working methods.
We are Looking for You If
You have documented experience in sales management and coaching within direct sales via phone and are used to taking responsibility for budget and results. You are a natural leader who engages and develops people around you, and you thrive in an environment where you can make your mark on something new. Experience in selling services within occupational health, training, or similar industries is a plus.
