Job responsibilities
As a sales coordinator with us, you will have a responsible role with a strong focus on structure, administration and coordination. You are responsible for keeping the entire order and delivery flow together and ensuring that our internal processes work efficiently, from initial customer contact to completed transaction.
Your duties are varied and include:
Coordinate and administer customer orders and projects throughout the process
Work continuously in the business system with order management, purchasing, deliveries and invoicing
Ensure that documentation, workflows and internal procedures are followed and developed
Support sales with administrative support, quotation material and follow-up of leads
Maintain ongoing contact with both Swedish and international customers, resellers and internal functions
Participate in planning, implementation and follow-up of marketing activities and trade fairs
Collaborate with central marketing functions on local marketing on website, social media, newspapers, etc.
The position is full-time, daytime with placement in Kvänum.
Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative and coordinating role where structure, organization and responsibility are a natural part of everyday life. You are thorough, service-oriented and enjoy working in a supportive function with great responsibility. You are a positive person who finds it easy to build good relationships and feels confident in dialogue with both internal and external parties.
You take ownership of your tasks and ensure they are driven all the way to completion. At the same time, you are flexible and unpretentious and thrive in an environment where working methods are not always predetermined but where you yourself get to contribute to structure and development and be part of a growing company.
To fit the role, we require that you have previous experience in administrative work, for example as an inside sales representative, order administrator or similar, and are used to working in business systems as well as the Office package. Since much of our work takes place internationally, we see that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English in both speech and writing. A class B driving license is a requirement.
If you have a technical interest and/or experience from agriculture, that is a merit.
