As Merchandise Flow Manager, you are responsible for all areas of the store's mechanical customer experience where you drive initiatives and activities aimed at maximizing NKI. You have full personnel responsibility and achieve your goals through your team's performance. You are an excellent communicator who leads, coaches, engages, and follows up with your employees based on shared work methods. The position's primary goal is to strengthen the customer experience and ensure we continuously strive to streamline processes within merchandise supply that lead to "Full, Fresh, and Fronted". Your role includes supervisory work during the store's various opening hours. The work is physically demanding. It is highly valuable if you have previous retail experience with team picking, online, and fresh products. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring that goals with action plans are set and followed up Working on continuous process improvements for, for example, Team Picking, CAO, minimizing FYS Responsibility for efficient staffing for merchandise flow processes in the store General store operations and supervision To succeed in your role: You are an excellent communicator who leads, coaches, engages, and inspires your team You are organized and goal-oriented You thrive best when you're "on the move" and have plenty to do You are part of the store's management team and thus have overall responsibility for the store's results. In the management team, you primarily drive development and initiatives within merchandise flow. You report to the Store Manager. The role includes and may also become necessary to cover for the Store Manager during shorter absences such as illness or vacation, which entails overall responsibility for the store.
