We are looking for a sales manager who ensures that operations reach their revenue targets. You will be responsible for your sales team's financial results and drive growth in the Nordic countries. About Juristkatalogen Juristkatalogen is an advertising channel that helps lawyers and legal professionals in the Nordic region become visible to clients – while helping individuals and businesses find the right lawyer or legal professional for their needs. Your Role You lead salespeople in the Nordic countries and ensure they reach their revenue targets. Work takes place via digital meetings (e.g. Meet or Zoom). You work from where you live. Who You Are – You have experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets. – You are results-oriented and confident in coaching employees. – You communicate fluently in Swedish and preferably in other Nordic languages. – You want to use IT and AI as tools in your work. Your Responsibilities – Lead and follow up on the sales team's results against revenue targets. – Set quantifiable and time-bound revenue targets. – Recruit salespeople. – Ensure satisfaction among salespeople, advertisers, and visitors. – Report to the CEO. What You Get – 100 percent commission-based compensation – no fixed salary. – Your compensation is based on your sales team's revenue. – Employment through your own company. – Authority to influence the team's work methods and strategy.
