Sales Associate/Optician Assistant needed for a personal family business in Gothenburg! Are you tired of rigid corporate structures and slow decision-making processes? For more than 60 years, we have provided our customers with knowledge, eye exams, glasses, and more. Now we're growing and need to strengthen the family with one more driven team member. About the Role As a sales associate/optician assistant, you'll have a varied day-to-day. Since we're a smaller company, we all pitch in where needed, but your main responsibilities will be: Receiving customers and orders. Providing advice on frame and lens selection. Unpacking and organizing orders. Ordering glasses, lenses, and frames. Keeping the shop and workshop organized. Who Are You? We place enormous importance on your personality. We're looking for someone who is unpretentious, service-oriented, and comfortable taking personal responsibility. We'd love it if you: Have experience in sales or customer contact (not required, but a plus!). Speak and write fluent Swedish and English. Are a team player who spreads positive energy around you.
