As a Sales Associate at Coop Flanaden, you are responsible for performing all common store operations and ensuring the best possible customer service. You are an important face of the store and work according to Coop's guidelines, procedures and values. You are a key person in customer interactions and in creating a pleasant and inspiring store environment.

You have a strong interest in food and cooking, keep up with trends and have a natural eye for color, form and details. Main responsibilities
Follow current trends and together with colleagues translate inspiration and ideas into attractive and sales-driving solutions in the store
Manual deli counter work
Stocking and facing merchandise
Cashier work
Handling complaints and claims according to procedures
Store checks, cleaning and organization in the store, warehouse and staff areas
Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
Follow inventory and waste procedures
Contribute to continuous improvements and a good work environment
Depending on store needs, you may also work with:
Merchandise ordering
Returns, receiving inspections and packing slips
CAO handling
Price labeling and campaign signage
Price changes
Opening and closing the store according to applicable procedures.

This position is a 6-month temporary part-time contract of 25 h/week with start date by agreement. Working hours vary and are scheduled for daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends. We apply a probationary period. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Requirements
Good Swedish in speech and writing is required
18 years of age, as you will need to work independently at the register
Meritorious:
Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions are meritorious
High school education.
Multilingual abilities.
Basic knowledge in store economics or food handling.
