As a sales associate at Telia's store in Varberg, your task is to understand each customer's service and product needs and, based on that, create customized solutions. My name is Sandra Alm and I'm the Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work consists of helping customers find the right products for both their everyday and professional lives. Cases range from choosing the right broadband subscription, TV packages, and the latest mobile phones to helping business customers set up or improve their telephone systems. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions.
