As a sales representative at Telia's store in Uppsala, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and, based on that, create customized solutions. My name is Ali Bouraoui and I am the Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work consists of helping customers find the right products for both their personal and professional lives. Tasks range from recommending suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, and the latest phones, to helping business customers set up or improve their phone systems. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions. We are looking for someone who loves building customer relationships, takes their own initiative, and is driven by finding the right solution for each customer—and of course, you enjoy selling (both in-store, over the phone, and through other sales activities).
