Do you want to help customers find the best solutions while working in an energetic team driven by goals and competition? As a sales representative at Telia's store in Umeå, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and, based on that, create customized solutions. My name is Nazanin Saeedi and I'm Store Leader; my goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and constant learning. Our daily work consists of helping customers find the right products for both personal and professional life. Tasks range from finding the right broadband subscription, TV packages, and the latest mobile phones to helping business customers set up or improve their telephone exchange. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions. We're looking for you who love building customer relationships, take initiative, and are driven by finding the right solution for each customer—and of course, you enjoy selling (both in-store, by phone, and through other sales activities).
