Do you want to help customers find the best solutions while working in an energetic team driven by goals and competition? As a sales associate at Telia's store in Linköping, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and, based on that, create customized solutions. My name is Julia and I'm the Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work consists of helping customers find the right products for both personal and professional life. Cases involve everything from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest phones, but also how corporate customers can set up or improve their phone systems. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts when it comes to customer solutions. We are looking for you who love building customer relationships, take your own initiative, and are driven by finding the right solution for each customer – and of course you enjoy selling (both in-store, by phone & other sales activities).
