We are now looking for a business-driven outside sales representative who wants to work with both corporate and private customers in the construction, real estate, and home sectors. This role is perfect for you if you currently sell products such as appliances, kitchens, heat pumps, or construction-related items and want to take the step from retail into a more relationship-focused and business-oriented role. With us, you'll have a varied workday where you work with everything from construction companies, property owners, and housing associations to private individuals. You are responsible for the entire business process, from first contact to completed delivery – with support from a strong team in service, installation, and after-sales. We don't just sell products; we also install and repair everything we sell. This creates security for our customers and gives you a strong competitive advantage in every deal. A special focus area going forward is air heat pumps, where demand is growing rapidly. You'll be part of our growth journey at Servly Group, where we are building an even stronger comprehensive offering. Your main responsibilities: Develop and manage customer relationships within the construction, real estate, and housing association sectors Acquire new customers and identify business opportunities Responsible for sales of appliances, air heat pumps, professional machines (e.g., laundry facilities), and services within installation, service, and after-sales Identify customer needs and develop the right solutions from our product range Participate in projects, quotations, and deals related to new construction, renovation, and property management Work closely with all office departments and the service team Your profile: We are looking for someone with experience in retail sales or equivalent B2B roles, preferably in appliances, heat pumps, kitchens, or construction. You are one of the stronger salespeople in your team with a clear business interest and ambition to develop further in B2B sales. You are relationship-oriented, driven, and thrive in a role with many points of contact. You also work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and hold a class B driver's license.
