Sales Representative / Distributor for Pågen on Gotland Pågen is now seeking a Sales Distributor with a B or C driver's license to join Sweden's largest sales force - a strong and engaged organization that every day supplies the country's stores and consumers with fresh bread. In your work in Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to supply our customers and stores with our fresh quality products every day. You will be part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You get a job that is both varied, dynamic, and enjoyable as it includes a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You have many contact points, primarily with the customers you visit every day but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to improve a little bit every day. • Daily visits to the customers you are responsible for as well as selling and restocking our fresh products. • Create conditions for good sales in the store. • Plan and implement sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results. Who are you? To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take great personal responsibility. You are responsive and have an easy time building trust and are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and organization with a focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work. You communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and the position requires that you have a B or C driver's license (YKB).
