We are now looking for a part-time sales associate at Myrorna's store in Jönköping. As a sales associate at Myrorna, your main responsibility will be to be available to customers, listen to their needs, and ensure that the store inspires purchases. Tasks include customer service, cash register operations, item valuation, merchandising, physical and digital product displays, warehouse work, unpacking goods, receiving merchandise, and cleaning. You will also assist in training interns. The primary need is every other Saturday, but there will also be opportunities to pick up extra shifts as needed. Are you the person we're looking for? To succeed in this role, you should have current retail experience from the retail industry, and we would be pleased if you have worked with visual merchandising in stores to ensure an inspiring store environment that drives sales through product displays. As a person, you learn new information and knowledge quickly, positioning you to settle into the role rapidly. You have strong social competence and the ability to build good, trusting collaboration with colleagues. Your approach is unpretentious, and you work independently and take initiative. Since conditions in the store can change from day to day, it's important that you thrive in a changing environment. You are organized, independent, service-oriented, flexible, enjoy working at a fast pace, and can handle physically demanding work. Of course, you have a strong interest in fashion and interior design, and we require that you master Swedish in both spoken and written form. Myrorna is covered by a collective agreement, and for sales associates, this is the retail agreement. You will also be offered wellness benefits and employee discounts at all of Myrorna's physical stores. Salary is set according to the current collective agreement. This is a permanent position at 8%, beginning with a probationary period.
